Rosemary
 
This popular herb used mainly for cooking contains many minerals and nutrients. Rosemary tea can help you relax. A cup of rosemary tea will soothe and enlighten your taste buds.

Did you know?: during medieval times, rosemary branches were placed around homes to combat the “Black Plague.”


Esta hierba popular que se usa principalmente para cocinar contiene muchos minerales y nutrientes. El té de Romero le puede ayudar a relajar. Una taza de té de romero calmará e iluminar a su paladar. 


¿Sabía que?: Durante la época medieval, las ramas de romero fueron colocados alrededor de las casas para combatir la "Plaga Negra".

  1. When I feel sick or stressed out, my Abuelita gives me some of her Rosemary that she is growing in her backyard for me to drink with some lemon & honey. It can really help with your stomach :)
